We would suggest that initially you limit yourself to this site and the Toronto, R.M.A. site: www.russianmartialart.com As an affiliate school we can offer DVDs (at a discount) that feature Mikhail Ryabko, Vladimir Vasiliev, Konstantine Kamarov and others. Alternatively you can order these directly from the R.M.A. store.
We highly recommend that you read the book, "Let Every Breath..." by Scott Meredith, Ph.D.
Mark and Rob recommend the DVD, "What the Bleep do we Know?" which can be purchased through their site or Amazon. This DVD brings some of the top scientists, professors and theology experts to explain concepts of quantum physics, brain physiology and human behavior in an entertaining fashion. "What the Bleep..." asks a question that Mark often asks which is, 'How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?' Systema will allow you to answer this question for yourself.
